Chaiyo means “cheers” or “hurrah” in Thai. As the newest dining experience by restaurateur couple Chef Nuit and Jeff Regular, Chaiyo by PAI expands beyond their Northern Thai roots to celebrate the Thai street market culture and the nostalgic dishes that Chef Nuit misses and remembers from the markets in Thailand. Located within the TABLE Food Hall in the new CIBC Square tower, Chaiyo by PAI offers fresh and authentic Thai food in a fun and unique Thai market experience.

Go to any city in Thailand and you will find a number of different markets. And in each of these markets, there will always be staple foods that Thai people expect to find: Chicken Rice, Braised Pork Hock on Rice, curry on rice, deep-fried snacks, noodle soups, papaya salad, and many more. An assortment of pre-prepared dishes are laid out on a table and customers can select a combination of dishes to create their customized meal.

The food is always fresh and changes daily, depending on what is available in the markets. Customers can either take the meal to-go or sit down in a casual dining area to eat and enjoy. Chaiyo by PAI is inspired by these quick and delicious Thai market experiences.
